- 24-48 hour acute sick visit appointments.
- Acute sick visits via phone, when appropriate.
- You will have your Physician’s number for any after-hours URGENT care.
- Your Physician responds to all after-hours texts messages and calls.
- Care coordination for all referrals.
- Direct line to our nurses during business hours.
- All calls returned in a timely manner.
